ACTL was established in 1971, by taxi drivers with a vision to move Edmonton forward by providing unparalleled taxi service in the Metro Edmonton Region. Today with the support of Edmontonian’s, CO-OP TAXI has grown to be the Edmonton’s largest fleet with over 560 vehicles and 1200 drivers and serving over 4 million rides a year. Your safety is our number one priority. And we take it seriously. Unlike any other fleet, we have a dedicated fleet safety supervisors who are always on the road inspecting our fleet vehicles to ensure all the vehicles are up to our company safety standards. As well at CO-OP TAXI, we inspect all our vehicles in the fleet not once but twice every year, once at the end of fall and once in the spring.
